We’re now hiring a Full-Time Kitchen Leader to work alongside the team on the line, while also handling minor admin tasks and leading the back-of-the-house operations.

Our Kitchen Leader is responsible for making sure every dish that leaves the kitchen meets Beef’s standards for quality and consistency. This role combines hands-on cooking with team leadership — you’ll set the pace, train team members, and keep the kitchen running like clockwork.

Beef 'O' Brady's Kitchen Leader Responsibilities

  • Lead by example by working the line daily

  • Train, coach, and motivate kitchen staff to excel

  • Ensure food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards are met

  • Keep equipment clean and the work area organized

  • Assist with scheduling, inventory checks, and minor admin tasks

  • Foster a positive, team-focused culture

Beef 'O' Brady's Kitchen Leader Requirements

  • Minimum age 18 or older, per state & local requirements

  • Able to work 60+ hours per week, including weekends and holidays

  • Strong line cooking experience in a fast-paced kitchen

  • Natural leadership skills with a “team-first” mindset

  • Able to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, and spec charts in English

  • Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds

  • Exposure to heat from kitchen equipment and environment
